Jamie's Pasta Salad
A hearty cold pasta salad: tri-color rotini tossed with tuna, crunchy bell peppers, cucumber, and whole cherry tomatoes in ranch dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes tri-color rotini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 bottle ranch or bacon ranch dressing
- 1–2 cans tuna, drained
- Cherry tomatoes, lots (1–2 pints), left whole
Method
- Boil the tri-color rotini until al dente, then drain. Put it in a mixing bowl and refrigerate until cool.
- Cut the bell peppers into 1–2 cm strips. Cut the cucumber into quarters lengthwise, then slice.
- Add ranch dressing to the cooled pasta, then add the drained tuna.
- Add the vegetables, leaving the cherry tomatoes whole. Stir until well mixed.
Notes
- Tip: Bacon ranch works great here too. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
