Eliza's Guacamole
Fresh, easy, authentic guacamole with avocado, onion, Roma tomato, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, and lime.

Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- ½ small yellow onion
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Method
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork and make it as chunky or smooth as you'd like.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Taste and add a pinch more salt or lime juice if needed.
- Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Look for large avocados; if you can only find small ones, add an extra.
- Use fresh limes rather than bottled juice — the flavor difference is worth it.
